Mary grew up in Westchester County, NY and was always drawn to the arts as a way to express and understand herself as well as those around her. She continued to study art and achieved undergraduate degrees at Westchester Community College and CUNY Lehman College while working in the service industry and as a teaching artist. Mary began working in the nonprofit sector serving children and adults with special needs, trauma and crime victims/survivors, and the homeless population. During that time, she pursued a Master of Public Health to integrate and facilitate creative and therapeutic arts programming to improve health and well-being outcomes for the individuals she would make an impact on.

After leaving the nonprofit sector, Mary shifted her focus to helping people with acknowledging and embodying their sense of self and purpose, spiritual growth, healing, and personal transformation.

Mary is currently back in the service industry and continues to hold events with the intention for people to grow closer to themselves, build community, and foster healing. Mary is also continuing to pursue the path of holistic health as a naturopathic practictioner where she will continue to provide services with an integrative approach to mind, body, and spirit wellness.
